Training Specialist- Insurance Agency Owners

The Training Specialist supports Brightway’s consistent growth and culture through online, virtual learning environments and in our Home Office. Assessing current training needs, developing materials, and facilitating training for insurance Agency Owners, newly hired Brightway franchise employees and existing representatives are a few of the ways that a Training Specialist contributes. The Training Specialist will also ensure effective, timely delivery of projects to meet ongoing business needs. They will identify system, process, and workflow enhancement opportunities, and will be a key part of solution development. Finally, and most important, they will inspire each group of learners to perform at the highest level every day. This is a hybrid role with some in office requirements and ability to work from home, must be based in the greater Jacksonville, FL area. Job Responsibilities

Education and Experience 2 years’ experience in a training related role. Bachelor’s degree in education preferred. SCORM-compliant LMS system experience. Skills, Licenses, Certifications
